1. Introduction

StudioClaw ("we", "our", "us") operates studioclaw.ai, a managed AI assistant hosting platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and payment information (processed securely by Stripe).

Usage Data: We track API usage metrics (request counts, token usage) for billing and service management. We do not read or store the content of your conversations with your AI assistant.

Connected Services: If you connect third-party services (such as Google Workspace, GitHub, or others) to your AI assistant, authentication tokens are stored securely within your isolated container. We do not access, read, or store the data from your connected services on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your AI assistant service
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send service-related communications (welcome emails, support responses)
• To monitor system health and prevent abuse
• To improve our platform and user experience

4. Data Isolation & Security

Each user's AI assistant runs in a fully isolated Docker container with dedicated storage. Your conversations, files, and connected service credentials are completely separated from other users. We implement security hardening including read-only filesystems, capability restrictions, and process isolation.

5. Third-Party Integrations (Google Workspace)

StudioClaw's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect your Google account, your AI assistant can access Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and other Google services you authorize. This data is:

• Processed only within your isolated container
• Never shared with other users or third parties
• Never used for advertising or marketing purposes
• Never sold or transferred to any other entity
• Accessible only to your AI assistant for the purposes you direct

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the StudioClaw dashboard, which immediately revokes access and deletes stored credentials from your container.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your container and all associated data (conversations, files, credentials) are permanently deleted after a 7-day grace period. Payment records are retained as required by law.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Supabase: For authentication and account management
• Anthropic / OpenAI: AI API providers that process your assistant's requests (subject to their privacy policies)
• Hetzner: Infrastructure hosting provider

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Disconnect any third-party service at any time
• Export your data upon request
• Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
